Refund Policy

Payment

    • Players must pay online through the online portal with a valid Credit/Debit card.

    • Players who choose to make a deposit will have the option to pay at the event via check or credit card.

Withdrawal/Refund Policy

In order to withdraw from a College-Am Golf Tour Event, players must email info@collegeamgolf.com

      • All withdrawal requests submitted fourteen (14) days prior to the first round of the event will be put back onto the Credit Card that was used during registration minus a $25 administration fee. 

      • All withdrawal requests submitted between 13 - 7 days prior to the first round of the event will be put back onto the Credit Card that was used during registration minus 50% of the registration fee.

      • All withdrawal requests submitted 7 days before the event will receive NO REFUND. This policy remains in effect for ALL events. 

    • If a player does not show for their tee time, there refund of any amount

    • All withdrawals will be handled within 24 - 48 hours of form submission
